provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a resalable time (30 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.

If we find that the product has not been returned us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, please email us for technical support and return instructions before returning the item. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling cost. we offer $7.5 re-shipping  fee and handing cost  for buyer, and try the best to avoid any custom tax.

Cancellation of Order

If you cancel your order, we will charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the full selling price.
