Instructions

1. Turn off your Xbox 360. Move your external 500 GB hard drive near the console and connect the USB cable from it to one of the USB ports located on the front of the device. If your hard drive has its own power source, connect the cord to an open AC outlet.

2. Turn on the Xbox 360 and let the operating system load. When you reach the home screen, use the controller to move to the “My Xbox” menu. Move to the right until the “System Settings” menu option is highlighted and then press the “A” button to access the settings menu.

3. Move down to the “Memory” option and press the “A” button. You will see a list of available storage devices including your external hard drive. Highlight the hard drive and select the “A” button to select it as the secondary storage device for your Xbox, which will allow you to access its files from the “Games” and “Video” submenus.

4. Select the type of content that you want to move to or from the Xbox from the next menu. Once you have selected the type of content, select “Copy” to copy files, “Move” to transfer them from the hard drive to the Xbox or “Delete” to free up space on the hard drive. Select the file you want to move, delete or transfer, then hit the “A” button.

R4i gold 3DS update for DSi 1.4.3 by NDSL

You should get a NDSL and another flashcard(called “A”,), which works properly on NDSL(this video used an acekard 2i with itself firmware).

1.Download the latest WOOD R4 firmware from www.r4ids.cn and unzip it to the root directory of your tf card;
2.Copy V143_Patch_R4iGold3DS_NDSL.nds to your tf card;
3.You should get a NDSL;
4.Just power your NDSL on and boot up V143_Patch_R4iGold3DS_NDSL.nds with “A” card;
5.Take “A” card out of the NDSL;
6.Reinsert your broken R4i Gold 3DS card into the NDSL;
7.Press KEY_A and the updating process will begin;
8.You should keep your NDSL powered on during the updating process;
9.IF the result shows SUCCESS, it means you have updated your R4i Gold 3DS successfully and this card can work on NDSi V1.4.3 and 3DS 2.1.0-3;

To those who have R4i V1.41 and R4i V1.42 card, the update of NDSi V1.43 have already been released, please download the latest kernel to update your R4i card.

DSTTiFirmwareUpdate1.42.zip

1, Unzip TTMenuv1.17  and copy the TTMenu, TTMENU.DAT, TTMENU.SYS  to TF card ROOT.

2, Unzip DSTTiFirmwareUpdate1.42.zip and copy the  rom_pcb0.dat, rom_pcb1.dat, rom_pcb2.dat, TTi142UPGRADE.nds to TF card ROOT.

3, Insert the TF card to DSTTi an run on the  DSL/DSi, then run the TTi142UPGRADE.nds to update(it will ask you to press X+Y to start, and do not poweroff when upgrading).

4, When it show upgrade success, poweroff and restart.

Start the R4i gold in 3DS console, you could press START button under the WOODR4 interface & choose TOOL.

Then you could choose Update & enter Update1.31.

Then you could choose on under the update module . Press A to confirm the upgrade.

After a while , you will finish the upgrading.

The woodR4 and v1.5* kernel the same. In the ‘_ui’, there are three theme names ‘black’, ‘gbatemp’, ‘zelda’.

so, if you want to change the theme, you need to start the R4i gold 3DS card on the Dsi/3DS, and press ‘start’ – choose ‘settings’,

and go to ‘system settings’, choose the ‘User interface style’.

Then press OK to save it and you will found the theme has been changed.

If you want the others theme, you need to download the theme, the WOODR4 can use Acekard’ s theme directly, or you can download the theme from R4ids.cn, but some themes can not be use, you need to rename some images like DIY theme, and the images names rule must like the ‘black’, ‘gbatemp’, ‘zelda’ .

Eg: rename rule（Click image to enlarge view）, those four pictures are same size, you can choose any one to lower_screen, menu_bg or upper_screen.
